Cosa farai ogni giorno
Con il supporto del tutor svolgerai un progetto basato sulle seguenti attività:
- Raccolta e all'analisi dei customer insight (i.e. customer flow analysis, Pulse CX, Isay, MFAQ) e condivisione con gli stakeholder del negozio corretti in modo da produrre action plan efficaci
- supportare l'implementazione della CEM (Customer Experience management) e la Customer Journey Methodology nel negozio
- monitorare trend e performance dei competitors
- analizzare la STEEP di country e capire se a livello locale ci sono delle deviazioni
- sintetizzare dati dei consumers e dei customers, brand data da ricerche interne quali Brand Capital, Zip code survey
Sede: Genova
Offerta: tirocinio dalla durata di 6 mesi, full time. Previsto rimborso spese mensile, mensa interna gratuita. Al termine del percorso formativo sarà valutato un eventuale inserimento diretto in azienda.
