Job Description

Adecco Italia Spa, a leading staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new sales and support strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in customer management tools and software, such as Salesforce.
