Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information about our cruise services to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Handle complaints and requests from guests in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks, guaranteeing company standards are met.
- Utilize software applications such as MS Office, SAPI, and Oscar to manage work activities in an effective and timely manner.
- Previous experience of at least 6 months in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service).
- Secondary School Diploma.
- Enthusiasm, good communication skills, and comfort with public speaking.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Proficient knowledge of English (B2 level) and Turkish (C1 – C2 level).
