Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone and chat, addressing queries and concerns with precision and empathy.
  • Offer expert assistance with account and application support, ensuring seamless software functionality.
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings with ease.
  • Offer accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (written and oral) and a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • Passion for entertainment and media enterprise.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy, team spirit, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
