What you'll do:

  • You will be part of the Gaming e Cross Area Interaction Design Team, reporting directly to the Team Interaction Design Manager
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects
  • You will work alongside Business Owners, Project Managers, Functional Analysts, Developers and with other Experience Design Team members (other designers, researchers, service designers, analysts etc.) promoting the needs of the user and advocating user centered design
  • You will need to be able to quickly get to grips with complex business requirements to understand how best to simplify the user journey for our customers
  • You will empathise with customers problems and leverage user research to capture and understand realworld user needs
  • Your design will be data driven, you will use journey maps, report analytics and benchmarks, and all available data to design through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows the best experiences for our customers
  • You will participate in the discovery and planning of new products and features while helping drive the design vision across our channels and touchpoints
  • You will continue to evolve interaction frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines to and help drive adoption of Design Systems components across the entire business
  • You will ensure quality assurance across development
  • You will empower other team members by sharing your knowledge and experience and being a mentor to other members where necessary

Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in structured contexts such as UX designer
  • You have a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or industry equivalent experience
  • You have experience designing components, app designs (native or web), and prototypes
  • You have excellent knowledge of tools such as Figma and in Design System processes and tooling
  • You have a portfolio which demonstrates both process and execution
  • You have an analytical and detailoriented mindset, able to merge the needs of users and the needs of business
  • You are an excellent systems thinker, able to think beyond your immediate problem and to consider it with the context of a wider ecosystem.
  • You are proactive and organized, with ability to coordinate, estimate and plan your activities by dividing them according to the priorities of the projects you follow
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • You have experience communicating with different stakeholders and the ability to run workshops
  • You're passionate, empathetic and a team player

Preferrably, you also have:

  • Experience with Data and Analytics to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Experience in UX copy writing/microcopy
  • Basic knowledge of frontend/cms development logics
