Siamo alla ricerca di un Internal Sales che gestirà l’intero ciclo dell’ordine, garantendo un servizio professionale ai clienti e collaborando con i reparti interni per assicurare la migliore esperienza possibile. La risorsa sarà un punto di riferimento per la preparazione delle offerte commerciali, la gestione delle richieste dei clienti e la risoluzione delle eventuali criticità, contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo del business. Responsabilità principali Supportare il team Sales nella preparazione di offerte complete e accurate, in collaborazione con colleghi commerciali e tecnici. Gestire l’intero processo di order entry , coordinandosi con i reparti aziendali coinvolti fino alla chiusura del ciclo attivo. Gestire e risolvere i reclami cliente , lavorando a stretto contatto con le funzioni interne competenti per individuare soluzioni definitive. Garantire un servizio clienti professionale , tempestivo e di alto livello, sia verso interlocutori interni sia esterni. Mantenere una comunicazione proattiva con i clienti , contribuendo al processo di vendita e individuando nuove opportunità commerciali. Requisiti Almeno due anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Customer Service, Order Management. Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente. Capacità di lavorare a stretto contatto con team tecnici e commerciali. Problem solving, gestione delle priorità e attenzione al dettaglio. Attitudine a lavorare in team Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) Conoscenza di Microsoft Excel Cosa offriamo Inserimento a tempo indeterminato ( RAL di riferimento 35K-40K) Ambiente collaborativo e internazionale.
