Powersoft is the world leader in the design, production, and commercialization of products and patented solutions for applications in the professional audio field, such as big international shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums, airports, train stations, cruises, etc. We are looking for a Sales Services Specialist to join our Sales Service Department, as maternity leave cover . The candidate will be in charge of managing sales orders, relationships with current national and international customers, logistic and payments aspects. Role Maintain customer relationship by self-managing communications whether verbal, in meetings or by exchanging e-mails. Verify the accuracy of sales orders and take care of their entry by constantly updating the company ERP system (Oracle JDE) Update the company CRM by supporting sales Coordinate with the Operations Team by checking the status of future productions Manage the recovery of outstanding receivables Requirements Degree or previous experience in sales area in structured and multinational companies Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle JDE is a plus) Fluency in written and spoken English Problem solving and Teamwork Environment Pioneer, competent and inspired, creatives and innovators - We are renowned for our technological leadership Teamwork oriented, welcoming and ambitious - we focus on developing one's potential, and we cherish profound collaborations that allow us to discover new points of view.
