Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking an innovative Finance Transformation and COE Finance Director to join our team in a strategic international role.

The Finance Transformation Director will collaborate with local finance teams to drive the company's integration and transformation goals. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing policies and procedures related to finance, accounting, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of systems and processes across finance.
  • Drive transformative projects within the finance department and beyond.
  • Assist the Global CFO in establishing top-quality finance operations.
  • Oversee the optimization of finance/accounting teams.
  • Show expertise in finance areas such as operations, global services, and finance technologies.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs for finance processes.

Centre of Excellence (Shared Services Back Office), Finance:

  • Establish a specialized Finance Centre of Excellence operating globally.
  • Take the lead in Finance CoE ownership.
  • Implement best practices in controllership and finance processes.
  • Drive projects for process and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and Simplification team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA/ACCA highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience leading diverse senior teams.
  • Prior expertise in finance process optimization and automation.
  • Knowledge of innovative finance disciplines and best practices.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in projects and processes.
  • Confident, decisive, and skilled at interpersonal communication.
  • Tenacious and dedicated professional.
