Internship Sales Innovation

Il candidato/a si occuperà di supportare il tema nella gestione del portafoglio clienti con l'obiettivo di aumentare la loro soddisfazione, attraverso un consumo consapevole, generare opportunità di upselling e cross selling verso altri prodotti e servizi e fidelizzarli per incrementare il tasso di retention, oltre che di supportare la coordinatrice nella gestione di attività di reportistica e backoffice.

Le skills richieste sono:

  • Propensione all'apprendimento;
  • Ottime capacità di team working e di collaborazione;
  • Flessibilità e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati;
  • Attitudine al problem solving e autonomia organizzativa;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese o altre lingue rappresenta un plus ai fini della nostra valutazione.

Il candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • Gradita Laurea in materie Economiche/ Umanistiche e Comunicazione;
  • Buona conoscenza di MSOffice, in particolare di Microsoft Excel;
  • Empatia e Buone doti comunicative.

Si offre un ambiente di lavoro dinamico in un contesto internazionale.

Il progetto di stage ha una durata di 6 mesi, full time, rimborso spese 700€ mensili + 40% smart.

La sede di lavoro è Milano.
