We are seeking an Area Sales Professional in the North West region of Italy to join our team in Turin within the Smart Infrastructure Business Unit for Electrical Products (EP). This role involves driving sales of electrical products specifically targeting the Infrastructure Market.

Your Mission

Joining us as an Area Sales Professional, you will oversee the Electric Products portfolio and strategically plan for market analysis to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Electrical Products in the infrastructure market to boost the visibility of the low voltage portfolio;
  • Utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce for forecasting and planning, generating reports and dashboards to assess sales trends and support management in setting annual forecasts;
  • Evaluating specific market conditions, establishing a robust stakeholder network, and influencing key decision makers;
  • Identifying opportunities for electrical products and the portfolio;
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, offering insights on innovation processes from the customer's perspective;
  • Collaborating with marketing and business development teams, providing insights on current offerings and potential;
  • Contributing towards achieving the annual Sales Infrastructure target within the EP Business Unit.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales of Low Voltage Components within the Infrastructure market;
  • Proficiency in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage panels and electrical distribution;
  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, or a Technical High School Diploma;
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required;
  • Passion for continuous growth and development;
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian;
  • Approval to work in Italy.
