GMV Srl, azienda nel settore della produzione di apparecchiature elettromedicali, è alla ricerca di un Senior Sales Export.
GMV è un’azienda italiana con sede a Roma presente nel mercato da oltre 10 anni, famosa in tutto il mondo per aver introdotto la tecnologia al plasma in Medicina Estetica con il Plexr. Una peculiarità dell’azienda è quella di seguire la filosofia del “Made in Italy”, con apparecchiature realizzate totalmente all’interno dell’azienda: dall’idea al prototipo sino alla produzione e alla vendita. L’obiettivo primario è quello di sviluppare tecnologie innovative a servizio dei medici e dei loro pazienti. I settori applicativi delle apparecchiature prodotte sono molteplici: Medicina Estetica, Dermatologia, Oftalmologia, Odontoiatria, Ginecologia. GMV è un’azienda dinamica e in continua crescita. L’azienda investe costantemente nella ricerca e sviluppo per garantire ai suoi prodotti i più elevati standard di qualità e sicurezza. L’azienda collabora con importanti centri di ricerca italiani e internazionali.
La divisione commerciale della sede di Roma, ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel proprio organico. La figura ricercata avrà l’obiettivo di supportare la divisione Sales nella gestione dei rapporti con i clienti oltre allo sviluppo delle vendite e all’attuazione delle strategie commerciali aziendali. Il Sales Specialist risponderà direttamente al Sales Manager e alla dirigenza.
Nello specifico, la persona si occuperà di:- Gestire il pacchetto clienti offerto dall’azienda.
- Gestione della trattativa commerciale, in sinergia con il Sales Manager.
- Gestione e organizzazione dei processi di formazione commerciale e post-vendita.
- Attuazione delle strategie commerciali aziendali.
- Partecipazione ad eventi commerciali: corsi di formazione, congressi, fiere, etc.
- Pianificazione e realizzazione delle attività di vendita e promozione presso i clienti coordinato con il Sales Manager e la direzione.
- Gestione di tutta la documentazione commerciale.
- Utilizzo di un gestionale interno dell’azienda.
Si richiede:
- Disponibilità a trasferte periodiche programmate all’estero per visita clienti e partecipazione ad eventi aziendali.
- Laurea Magistrale o Triennale in discipline Economiche e Scientifiche.
- 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di vendita nel mercato internazionale (EMEA).
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi in un mercato dinamico.
- Spiccato spirito commerciale, per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita.
- Successo di vendita misurabile e capacità di costruire relazioni con i clienti a lungo termine.
- Ottime doti di analisi, empatia e comunicazione.
- Orientamento al risultato.
- Capacità di Problem Solving e lavoro di gruppo.
- Atteggiamento positivo, intraprendente, flessibile e proattivo.
Costituiscono un plus:
- Esperienza in ruoli di vendita nel settore Medicale.
- Esperienza in ruoli di vendita di prodotti nel settore medico-estetico (Laser – Radiofrequenze, Iniettabili, etc.).
- Buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera.
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
- Capacità di relazionarsi con diverse etnie.
- Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante.
