Depuis plus de 20 ans, Mater Lingua enrichit l’enseignement des langues étrangères grâce au pouvoir du langage théâtral, impliquant émotionnellement et activement plus de 200 000 élèves chaque année. Avec trois spectacles originaux en français, anglais et espagnol, Mater Lingua accompagne les élèves et les enseignants dans un parcours d’apprentissage qui, comme une langue maternelle, lie émotions et mémorisation.

Mater Lingua recherche un·e Head of People & Culture entreprenant·e, force de proposition et passionné·e par la croissance d’entreprise et le développement des personnes. Si vous avez au moins un an d’expérience en ressources humaines, de préférence dans une startup, et êtes motivé·e pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique et créatif, vous pourriez être la personne que nous recherchons

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Définir la Stratégie des Ressources Humaines : Vous collaborerez avec les fondateurs pour développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie RH soutenant la culture d’entreprise et nos objectifs à long terme, tout en l’adaptant aux besoins évolutifs de Mater Lingua.
  • Optimiser l’Acquisition de Talents et l’Onboarding : Vous gérerez les processus de recrutement et d’embauche, en développant une approche ciblée pour attirer et intégrer les talents en phase avec notre mission éducative. Vous travaillerez avec les responsables d’équipe pour créer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces et des programmes d’intégration qui permettront aux nouveaux arrivants de s’aligner dès le premier jour avec les valeurs et les objectifs de l’entreprise.
  • Favoriser la Rétention et l’Engagement des Collaborateur·rices : Vous concevrez et organiserez des événements, séminaires et activités pour promouvoir le bien-être et l’engagement des collaborateur·rices, en veillant à ce que le climat de travail reflète nos valeurs d’apprentissage et d’implication émotionnelle.
  • Développer les Talents et la Culture d’Entreprise : Vous mettrez en place un système de gestion de la performance qui encourage la responsabilité individuelle et promeut la culture et les valeurs de Mater Lingua.
  • Soutenir la Croissance et la Scalabilité : Vous alignerez les stratégies RH aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise, identifiant et mettant en œuvre des solutions évolutives, y compris des outils et processus, pour améliorer l’efficacité et accompagner l’expansion des activités.

Le profil que nous recherchons
  • Une personne ayant au moins un an d’expérience en recrutement ou en ressources humaines, de préférence dans une startup
  • Bilingue italien et anglais ; le français est un plus
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office et des applications Google
  • Empathie, curiosité, capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Force de proposition, organisation, pragmatisme
  • Motivation à participer au développement d’une entreprise en pleine croissance
