Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Drive revenue through effective partner management and strategic initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Innovation: Identify new business opportunities and implement creative strategies to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and a unified partner experience.
- 5+ years of Channel Sales Management experience within the IT industry.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
