Il nostro cliente è un'azienda storica familiare tra i principali produttori italiani di cartone ondulato per il settore degli imballaggi, con una forte presenza soprattutto nell'Italia del Sud. L'azienda si distingue per l'innovazione nella stampa digitale, posizionandosi anche tra i leader europei in questo ambito.

Descrizione

Il candidato, a diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale, si occuperà di:

  1. Nella fase di posizionamento del prodotto, collabora con la direzione aziendale, con apporto di competenze e know-how, alle attività di analisi di mercato, catalogazione delle famiglie di prodotto, individuazione e segmentazione dei clienti target, individuazione di partners tecnici, pianificazione degli obiettivi di vendita.
  2. Nella fase di sviluppo commerciale, coopera con la direzione aziendale per la definizione del budget delle vendite annuale.
  3. Organizza e gestisce tutti gli aspetti dell'attività di vendita, perseguendo gli obiettivi di crescita di volumi, fatturato e margini.
  4. Mantiene uno stile di vendita consulenziale e stabilisce con il cliente una relazione basata sulla forte fidelizzazione con l'azienda.
  5. Opera come riferimento dei fornitori esterni e dell'ufficio di progettazione interno per gli aspetti legati alla realizzazione dei progetti.
  6. Assicura il costante monitoraggio del mercato e propone programmi mirati a cogliere le nuove opportunità di business.
  7. In una successiva fase di sviluppo è coordinatore della rete di vendita.

Profilo del Candidato

Solida esperienza nella vendita e propensione ad un approccio consulenziale. Consolidata esperienza nel mondo del packaging, in particolare del cartone ondulato. Orientamento al risultato.
