About the job
The jobholder is responsible for maintaining a good business relationship with all customers in collaboration with the Client Service Department and Key Account Managers and for coordinating the service to the customers within corporate and local policies.
Your responsibilities:
- Serves customers in accordance with our Service Level Group specific guidelines.
- Advises customers on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, novelties etc.
- Manage the order process end to end, ensures accurate data input and proactively informs customers about delivery dates / changes and takes action on deviations.
- Issue credit and debit notes when necessary, checks customer credit accounts on SAP and aligns with Credit Management on credit limits, checks price adjustments as well as customer specific discounts and payment conditions.
- Ensures goods are shipped in accordance with applicable shipping procedure in close cooperation with exporting company and involved parties.
- Handles customer complaints and other problems ensuring they are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the customer. Advises other involved departments.
- Ensures the administrative handling of returned goods.
- Communicates effectively with the Head of Client Service B2B and cooperates with all the colleagues of the Client Service Team and the Sales Team.
- Communicates and follows up with HQ on projects, special production requests and negotiation of lead time improvement or prioritization.
- Liaising with Design office for creation of new motives.
- Manage all the activities related to rebates, discounts and end of the year closures.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education
- More than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Proficient with Excel, SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English and Italian proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
