Storica e prestigiosa multinazionale manifatturiera, con sedi in Nord Italia (HQ) e in Far East e sedi commerciali estere in diversi continenti, operante con struttura multidivisionale nei settori Energy, Power, Oil & Gas ci ha incaricati di ricercare una/un:
Technical Sales Engineer
Incaricata/o della gestione del cliente nella sua totalità, partendo dalla richiesta di offerta fino alla negoziazione commerciale, nel costante dialogo con i clienti, i fornitori, i reparti e le figure interne coinvolte nel processo di vendita.
I task fondamentali comprendono:
- analisi e valutazione delle specifiche tecniche e della documentazione preliminare;
- stesura dell’offerta tecnico-commerciale sulla base delle specifiche, dimensionamento preliminare con il supporto del dipartimento engineering ove necessario;
- Il processo di Cost Estimation, in costante confronto interno ed esterno;
- La partecipazione a gare internazionali, inclusa la presentazione finale delle offerte tecniche e commerciali, coltivando contatti quotidiani con i diversi stakeholders locali e internazionali.
Requisiti
Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, energetica, chimica o affini) o Diploma Perito Industriale (termotecnico, chimico o affini);
- Esperienza significativa in ruoli similari (Sales, Proposal o Application Engineer) nel settore impiantistico/manufacturing, con preferenza per il mercato Energy / Oil & Gas, o background tecnico (project engineer, project manager, …) con successiva apertura verso una carriera tecnico-commerciale;
- Orientamento all’ascolto e alla soddisfazione del cliente e buone capacità comunicative;
- Doti di ascolto, capacità di comunicazione interculturale, autoefficacia;
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali/internazionali quando necessario;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2).
