We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our reach, grow our brand, and drive success in the competitive tourism market. If you're passionate about Italian culture and have a strategic marketing mindset, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth with international clients.
- Develop and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents/advisors, local hotels, distributors, partners, influencers, and media.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in tourism.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing techniques.
- Solid experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (native or advanced level) and Italian professional proficiency.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
