Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from Italian engineers on customer sites and communicate their needs to Chinese engineers and the Chinese project manager.
  • As the After-Sales Project Manager, develop service providers for lifting work, air conditioning repair services, and other on-site service providers locally.
  • As the After-Sales Project Manager, find suitable warehouses near the site and manage spare parts in the warehouse (regular inventory, consumables replenishment, and maintaining inventory lists).
  • Translate client-related tender documents, contract documents, and project documents (to Chinese/English).
  • Translate after-sales related documents and technical guides (to Chinese/English).
  • As the After-Sales Project Manager, recruit and manage local after-sales engineers in Italy (mainly responsible for interviewing Italian-speaking candidates).
  • Responsible for the acceptance of spare parts sent from China and their transportation to the warehouse/site (handling customs clearance and related work if necessary).
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Over 2 years of experience in project management, service provider development, local procurement, or engineering management.
  • Native Italian speaker or highly proficient in Italian, with an understanding of Italian culture and local customs.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (at least one of the two languages should be fluent).
