The company is a leading player in the biomedical sector, specializing in providing advanced solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency in healthcare facilities.

Primary Function:

  • Responsible for driving target growth in Italy: Revenue-Margin-Operating income
  • Responsible for managing all the local functions; Sales, Marketing, Service, Administration, HR
  • Responsible to ensure the proper alignment with U.K. Headquarter

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Team through setting targets and maintaining track of individual performances
  • Define Rental-Sales strategies and tactics at Country, region and local levels
  • Regularly visit accounts to coach sales team members and ensure proper alignments
  • Identify Revenue opportunities in new areas and accounts
  • Define Marketing plan focused on positioning the company and the products at the needed level
  • Define pricing strategy leveraging our high value-added offering
  • Define product strategies in alignment with Headquarter
  • Provide central marketing with information related to competitor's products and strategies
  • Monitor performance of the service function and align the service strategy with the sales one
  • Manage the P&L (on a monthly basis) to monitor trends in line with plans, identify opportunities and threats
  • Monitor the performances of each member of the staff, implementing individual development plans
  • Provide the headquarter with all the necessary information, connecting with the relevant Headquarter staff as needed

Education and Knowledge:

  • University degree desirable, business economics preferable
  • Strong understanding of the Italian Healthcare market
  • Knowledge of the direct and indirect sales channels

Experience:

  • At least 10 years' Sales experience in the biomedical sector with direct and indirect sales channels
  • Proven ability to grow in new market areas and build business from scratch
  • Knowledge of the Rental business model is desirable
  • Experience in using CRM tools to manage sales process and forecasts
  • Proven experience in promoting and selling high added-value products and services
  • Proven solid experience in managing teams
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude toward staff and customers
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement successful marketing-sales strategies and plans
  • Planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills
