Con una posizione privilegiata che si affaccia su Via della Spiga, celebre per le sue boutique di lusso, e a pochi passi da Via Montenapoleone, The Carlton vuole essere il nuovo punto di riferimento del quadrilatero della moda. Obiettivo:Lo Chef de Partie si occupa della preparazione, della cottura e della presentazione dei piatti che hanno l’obiettivo di rendere indimenticabile l’esperienza culinaria dell’Ospite.Riporta a: Head Chef. Principali compiti e responsabilità:• Si occupa della preparazione e della cottura dei piatti della partita assegnata, secondo gli standard e le procedure di servizio;• Cura le guarnizioni e controlla la presentazione dei piatti in uscita dalla sua partita;• Supervisiona e coordina il lavoro dei Commis de Partie della rispettiva partita;• Esegue i propri compiti rispettando le tempistiche;• Rispetto degli standard sull’igiene, salute e la sicurezza (es. HACCP) previsti in cucina e segnalazione di eventuali problemi;• Supporto alle attività del Sous Chef quando richiesto. by helplavoro.it
