Location: South Africa
Requirements:
- Fluency in German: Native or advanced fluency in German is mandatory.
- Location: Must be located in South Africa.
- Ability to guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
- Experience in coordinating and managing the collection of necessary documents from new employees.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations during the document collection process.
- Ability to provide effective communication training to new team members.
- Ensuring that new employees are wellequipped to perform their roles through targeted training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Assist new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Document Collection: Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary documents from new employees ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication Training: Provide essential communication training to new team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
