Il nostro cliente è una IPP globale attiva nei settori dell'energia rinnovabile, della consulenza tecnica e dello sviluppo di progetti in ambito FER. L'azienda opera principalmente in Europa, America Latina e Africa, sviluppando soluzioni in ambito Solare, Eolico, Bess, Idroelettrico e Idrogeno.
Descrizione del Ruolo:
Il candidato ideale possiede un diploma e/o una laurea in un ambito scientifico (ingegneria, scienze ambientali o equivalente) e vanta un’esperienza comprovata di almeno 8 anni nei settori dell'energia e delle rinnovabili. La persona selezionata sarà responsabile dell'area di sviluppo e sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Supervisione della progettazione e delle autorizzazioni degli impianti in fase di autorizzazione, collaborando con i partner di sviluppo e interfacciandosi con gli enti coinvolti.
- Gestione delle procedure per la richiesta di connessione alla rete elettrica (Terna, E-distribuzione).
- Gestione delle procedure per la partecipazione alle aste indette dal GSE o per altri tipi di contratti di vendita dell'energia prodotta (ad esempio, Power Purchase Agreement).
- Gestione autonoma e aggiornamento dei report di avanzamento dei progetti.
- Conduzione di analisi preliminari e verifiche delle iniziative di sviluppo sulla base di criteri definiti (aspetti patrimoniali, verifica dei principali vincoli normativi, stima preliminare del layout e della produttività dell’impianto, disponibilità di connessione alla rete elettrica).
- Ricerca e scouting di nuove opportunità per lo sviluppo di progetti eolici e fotovoltaici.
- Negoziazione con i proprietari dei terreni interessati dal progetto (acquisto, diritti di superficie, locazione, servitù, ecc.).
- Project management dei progetti in corso e redazione dei budget relativi.
- Conduzione dei progetti fino alla fase di ready-to-build (RTB) e gestione del passaggio alla fase di finanziamento e costruzione EPC con il team tecnico.
- Strutturazione e coordinamento del team dedicato allo sviluppo dei progetti.
Requisiti:
Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Scienze Ambientali o un settore correlato.
Esperienza: Minimo 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di autorizzazioni ambientali, preferibilmente per impianti fotovoltaici o altre grandi infrastrutture energetiche.
Competenze Tecniche:
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative ambientali nazionali ed europee. Familiarità con i processi di valutazione ambientale (VIA, Valutazioni di Incidenza); competenze GIS sono un plus. Esperienza nella gestione delle interazioni con enti pubblici e privati in materia di autorizzazioni.
Lingue: Ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata dell’inglese.
Competenze Trasversali:
Eccellenti capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli, forti abilità comunicative e di negoziazione.
Disponibilità a Viaggiare: Occasionali trasferte per incontri con le autorità o sopralluoghi.
