L'hotel Double Tree by Hilton Roma Monti, importante struttura facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality,ricerca un* Reservation Agent.Di cosa ti occuperai:Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione (telefoniche, via email e tramite i portali online)Assistenza personalizzata agli ospiti, rispetto le loro prenotazioni, per garantire un’esperienza eccellenteCollaborazione con gli altri reparti per ottimizzare la disponibilità e soddisfare le richieste dei clientiSupporto nella pianificazione del soggiorno degli ospitiChi stiamo cercando: Un profilo con esperienza pregressa in ambito alberghiero o customer service, che abbia familiarità con sistemi di prenotazione e gestione alberghiera. Fondamentale un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua.
