What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Be the voice of our company, the direct link to our customers
  • Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and Marketing
  • Be part of an international and multilingual team
Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are fluent in Italian (C1) and have an advanced level of English (B2)
  • Have strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented
  • Possess a high level of empathy; providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority
  • Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues
  • Have prior experience in customer support
  • Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and can work with many tools at once
  • Have a problem-solving mindset, are curious, and persistent in resolving issues
  • Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Are proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers
