Receptionist and Team Assistant (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Being a point of reference for front office activities, managing phone, email contact and correspondence with suppliers and other external stakeholders
Assisting in the co-ordination, booking and preparation of meeting rooms
Maintaining a tidy, clean and efficient office, helping to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively at all times
Booking international travel, including flights, train tickets, hotels and cars
Organizing and purchasing office stationery and supplies
Supporting the team on daily tasks (post office, couriers etc.)
Maintaining financial files and records in an organized way
Willingness to work in a close-knit team, assisting and supporting the other assistants when needed
~ Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoin
~1+ years Admin, PA or Office management experience
~ Fluent in English
