Receptionist and Team Assistant (Maternity Leave Replacement)Starting: February 2026 This role would suit a highly motivated individual who thrives working in a fast-paced working environment, is super organized and possesses excellent attention to detail in providing a high-level support function.This multifacted role will involve:Being a point of reference for front office activities, managing phone, email contact and correspondence with suppliers and other external stakeholdersAssisting in the co-ordination, booking and preparation of meeting roomsMeeting and greeting guestsMaintaining a tidy, clean and efficient office, helping to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively at all timesExtensive diary management and co-ordination of internal and external meetings (both virtually and in-person) across multiple time zonesBooking international travel, including flights, train tickets, hotels and carsOrganizing and purchasing office stationery and suppliesSupporting the team on daily tasks (post office, couriers etc.)Collecting employees’ receipts, check them accurately and follow up/monitor employees to ensure that receipts are delivered on timeMaintaining financial files and records in an organized wayCompiling documents and presentationsWhat we are looking for:Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assignmentsOrganized, proactive and detail orientatedConfidence to interact with high-profile clients, excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skillsThrives in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, works well under pressureDesire to learn about the organization and teamWillingness to work in a close-knit team, assisting and supporting the other assistants when neededQuick learner, ability to multi-task and use own initiative, self-motivated and problem solverIT skills: Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoin1+ years Admin, PA or Office management experienceFluent in English Apply now at: rebecca.ferrami@clearwatercf.comRef.
