You’ll be the engine behind new opportunities — opening doors, creating conversations, and ensuring our Account Executives spend their time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings. You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve: Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity Started booking qualified meetings for AEs Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover How we’ll measure success: Main KPI 1: Number of outbound activities (calls) Main KPI 2: Number of meetings booked (SQL) Main KPI 3: Number of qualified meetings (SAL) Secondary KPI 1: Pipeline and revenue influenced Secondary KPI 2: CRM data quality and feedback loops ⚡ Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard High volume of outreach with frequent rejection A strong focus on phone-based prospecting (cold calls are key) You need resilience, consistency, and energy — even on hard days You’ll be measured on inputs and outputs, not just effort Fast feedback loops: you’ll constantly adapt based on results This role is not about comfort — it’s about growth, grit, and momentum.
