Responsibilities Based in Milan, ensure operations at a local level align with central policies and standards. Provide second level support for local users and handle Client Lifecycle Management. Manage LAN, MAN and WAN infrastructure. Asset management for IT hardware, software, and service agreements, including lifecycle from procurement to disposal. Perform server and network activities requiring physical presence (cabling, installation, maintenance in racks). Retail support for cash register hardware, back-office hardware, store infrastructure, and Retail Applications (in line with IT AS Retail and local business). Support in areas such as Digital Signage and InStore Music for IR customers. Support local telephony (fixed line and mobile) and unified communications. Move-Add-Change (MAC) services for IT workplaces and offices. Respond to user requests as 2nd Level local Support; escalate as appropriate. Assist in procurement of IT devices and services. Provide expertise and contribute to Local IT projects in coordination with local IT colleagues. About You University degree/education, preferably in engineering, computer science, information technology. Autonomy and excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent English and Italian proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels. Innovative and creative mindset with a can-do attitude. Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a similar role in an international setting is a plus.
