Per multinazionale danese leader nel settore dei servizi integrati di facility, siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire come SITE MANAGERSi offre : contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL nel range tra 28.000€ / 32.000€. Sede di lavoro : Fiumicino Orario di lavoro: full time 40h dal lunedì al venerdì. Richiesta flessibilità oraria anche nel fine settimana (reperibilità). Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?gestione dell'erogazione dei servizi facility hard (manutenzione impianti) e soft (cleaning); coordinamento team e pianificazione turnistica di cantiere / monitoraggio presenze in sito; supporto al KAM per identificare esigenze del cliente e risoluzione problemi; gestione e supervisione servizi erogati; supporto al KAM per analisi costi e rispetto budget. Sei in possesso dei seguenti requisiti?Titolo di studi in discipline tecniche (laurea in Ingegneria / project management o Diploma Ist. tecnico); conoscenza ed interesse per il mondo facility; conoscenza normativa appalti e obblighi HSE; esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel medesimo settore; capacità di utilizzo e conoscenza del pacchetto Office; ottime capacità comunicative e doti relazionali. Completano il profilo flessibilità oraria e disponibilità alla reperibilità nel fine settimana. La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903 / 77).
