Country Sales Manager - Italy Drive National Growth for a Leading Global Freight Forwarder Are you a sales leader with a passion for logistics and business development? Our international freight forwarding company is expanding in Italy, and we're looking for a Country Sales Manager to spearhead our national sales strategy and deliver exceptional growth. About the Role As Country Sales Manager , you will have full responsibility for sales across Italy, with a strong focus on new business development . You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and position our brand as a market leader. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a national sales strategy for Italy. Drive new business acquisition across ocean, road, and air freight services. Promote digital logistics solutions and leverage SAP for efficient processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. What We're Looking For Proven track record in sales within freight forwarding (ocean, road, and air). Strong experience in new business development and strategic account management.
