Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.Your role and responsibilitiesWorking in a Global team as Technical Sales, proposing ABB Paint Systems.Working with different departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial performances.Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.Qualifications for the roleA solid and proven experience working as engineer, proposal or process expert in robotics and automation painting systems. Experience in Sales activities will be a plus.Willingness to travel abroad roughly 50% of the time.Sound knowledge of painting process in the GI or Automotive market.Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional “can-do” attitude. Structured working approach and flexibility in adapting to market changes and different countries perspectives.A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering will be highly appreciated.Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
