Adecco cerca per azienda cliente di Segrate una risorsa giovane e motivata da inserire all'interno dei reparti Sales e Dealer Development, in logica di condivisione tra le figure del Sales Manager e del Dealer Development Manager.La posizione consente di operare all'interno di un contesto internazionale, dinamico ed in costante evoluzione, e di consolidare le proprie skills tecniche e personali nella gestione delle priorità quotidiane.Cosa offriamo:Principali responsabilita' in ambito Dealer Development:Reporting: analisi dell'andamento delle vendite sul canale digitale (Siti Web delle Concessionarie, Digital Motorcycles Store, strumento Quotation Tool); analisi CSI (Customer Satisfaction).Supporto Sviluppo Rete nei casi previsti di Nuove Aperture, Nuove Sedi, Sostituzione e Chiusura all'interno della rete di Concessionarie; monitoraggio implementazione Standard e CIMonitoraggio Dealer Retail StandardB2B – Dealer supportPrincipali responsabilita' in ambito Sales:Reporting: andamento vendite e segmenti di mercato, trend di mercato, monitoraggio quote di mercato e competitors all'interno dello scenario italiano.Supporto Sales Budget nei casi previsti di offerte commerciali, piano demo bikes.B2B - Dealer Support. Caratteristiche del profilo ricercato:Laurea preferibilmente nelle seguenti discipline: Economia, Ingegneria, Matematica, Statistica, o correlateMentalità data-driven.Buona capacità di utilizzo Excel e PowerPoint.Entusiasmo, proattività, ottimismo, interessa verso la multidisciplinarietà.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scrittaSi offre un contratto di stage di 6 mesi, orario full time lunedì-giovedì 9.00-18:30; venerdì 9:00-14:00Una giornata di smart working a settimanaSi offre rimborso spese 800€ + Buoni pasto dal valore di 8 euro Lingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione BuonoDisponibilità oraria: Full Time
