As we unveil our new identity and introduce leading brands, including renowned electrotherapy devices and world leading diagnostic ultrasound, we are thrilled to welcome a dynamic, passionate, and driven new Sales Executive to join us and support our growth during this transformative period. Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for promoting our portfolio of innovative rehabilitation and performance products including electrotherapy devices, as well diagnostic ultrasound scanners, to healthcare professionals and institutions across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Promote and sell our range of equipment to universities, clinics, hospitals, and professional sports organisations (we currently supply half the Premiership Football Clubs). Present product demonstrations and conduct sales meetings with healthcare professionals. Understand and communicate the clinical and commercial value of our product portfolio. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaign initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software. Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and training sessions as needed. Requirements Strong business acumen with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. Degree Level or Higher in: Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy or similar. Solid knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology (A&P) to support credible clinical conversations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Highly organised with strong CRM and reporting capabilities. Full UK driving licence. Preferred Proven track record in medical equipment sales, preferably within physiotherapy, electrotherapy, or imaging. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and decision makers. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities are essential, along with the ability to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly. You should be a self motivated, target driven individual with excellent organisational and time management skills. The role also requires a high level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools for sales tracking and reporting is important.
