Job description

The job listing is for a Customer Success Specialist After Sales at MSD Italia. The selected candidate will be working in the Division of Animal Health, with the primary responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction and success. The role includes onboarding, training support, and addressing product functionality knowledge requests for customers. The Customer Success Specialist will be involved in understanding and evaluating farm routines, providing ongoing product knowledge support, engaging with existing customers and also promoting commercial activities. Candidates need 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, enthusiasm for agriculture and technology, as well as fluency in the native language and proficiency in English. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is also required. It is a full-time position and regular travel is required (50%+). The job location is in Segrate MI, Italia.
