What will be your mission? As Concierge , your role will be to ensure that our guests are 100% satisfied with their experience while in our hotel. What will you do? Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries. Excellent knowledge of all local points of interest as well as the hotel products and services, including room types and rates, relative features and facilities and food and beverage outlets. Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed in a timely manner. What are we looking for? Degree in Hotel Management preferred. A natural interest in other people and cultures. You enjoy being a point of contact for our guests and make contact easily. Ability to surprise guests with your special touch. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language. Why choose us?
