Strategic Account Manager, Italy (Milan)Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who knows how to win in complex enterprise sales. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Country Manager in Italy, signing collaborations, expanding accounts, and creating long-term value for some of the largest enterprises in the Italian market. It's not about selling features—it’s about selling vision, transformation, and first-mover advantage in a space that every enterprise will soon be racing into.RequirementsYou will:Own and grow strategic accounts, building and managing relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clientsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to align Wonderful’s products with clients' business goalsDrive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfactionCollaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product and shape upcoming featuresTurn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution designExpand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customersRequirements:3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption-based company, or6+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, or start up, or large software companiesAt least 1 year working in the local marketExceptional communication skills, written and spokenExperience in a startup in a hyper-growth stage – a big plusFluent in English and ItalianStrong strategic thinking and relationship management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
