The role The BWS Destination Experiences & Immersive Shows units follows all BWS long-standing projects, leading new project development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional master planning and attraction development. We nurture all our projects as they evolve from abstract opportunities to major productions, developing visionary ideas and bringing them step by step into reality.
Your Mission: Reporting directly to the Executive President and Destination Experiences & Immersive Shows Unit Director, the
Strategic & Business Assistant
acts a point of contact and gatekeeper between the executive and other internal and external stakeholders. He/she
has the overall responsibility to maintain the Executive schedule and critical path milestones, ensuring that he is made aware of any issue that need immediate attention. The Strategic & Business Assistant provides a broad range of highly skilled and highly confidential administrative and organizational support, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making.
Your responsibilities: -
Manage the Executive agenda, defining business priorities and responding to requests for time and rescheduling when necessary -
Make preparations for department, staff and other internal/external meetings including creating agendas and preparing/collecting any meeting materials and or presentations -
Handle confidential business matters, working independently on special assignments and maintaining smooth operation of the office responsibilities of the Executive -
Operate independently in absence of the Executive, calling on staff when required. Assists and advises the Executive of any problems arising during absence -
Complete special projects for senior leadership. Produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents as directed; provide analytical support for these projects and coordinate daily, weekly or monthly reporting to all partners/team members -
May lead projects or identify process improvements to enhance inefficiencies. Demonstrate a focus on promoting collaborative work and team environments -
Influence outcomes and handle ambiguous information and assignments that require individual research and collaboration with partners What we expect from you:

Requirements

Previous experience (3-5 years) in similar roles and/or in Executive Production or Project Management roles within Live Entertainment Industry

Understanding of production and operational requirements for large-scale events and themed entertainment
