Essere parte del team Welfare Solutions di Aon, ti permetterà a svolgere un ruolo fondamentale nella gestione dei progetti in ambito Welfare. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con realtà leader di mercato. Sarai coinvolto in: Supporto in analisi ed implementazione dei piani welfare per le aziende nostre clienti Gestione OnGoing dei progetti assegnati e consulenza in ambito Welfare & Wellbeing Predisposizione Benchmark e analisi statistiche Formazione finalizzata alla gestione autonoma di un proprio portafoglio clienti Quali sono le competenze ed esperienze richieste? Laurea triennale / in ambito giuridico / economico / politiche aziendali Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; Capacità di problem solving, orientamento agli obiettivi e proattività; Capacità comunicative e di teamworking Come supportiamo i nostri colleghi?
