Come be a part of this journeyBAT ITALY IS LOOKING FOR AN HR ANALYTICS AND GLOBAL MOBILITY SPECIALISTSENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced ProfessionalFUNCTION: Human ResourcesCITY & COUNTRY: Rome, ItalyROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThe role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR analytics solutions, understanding the HR processed to be able to identify areas of improvement and presenting findings and making recommendations on what and how it can be improved.Reports to: Personnel Admin ExecutiveGeographic Scope: ItalyWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORSupport in the HR Cost Budget/Forecast process, liaising with HR business partners and FinancePrepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations on personnel costs and headcount/FTE

Support HR Payroll & Administrative Department, providing a proactive HR service with focus on a continuous improvementSupport HR controlling : maintain 100% accuracy of HR systems, update referential and automate dashboards and analysisProvide insights into strengths and opportunities within the processes and practices of the HR communityProvides objective analysis to support data interpretation and has a key role in managing the expectation of possible data outputs and insights into performance measuresContribute to machine learning capabilities and solutions for HRResearches externally & internally what new solutions, tools and capabilities can be adopted by HR team to become more streamlined, efficient and innovativeDefine, design and develop business-relevant Talent dashboards and reporting metricsPerform functional benchmarking analyses and reporting to support Italy needsTrains and educates stakeholders capability on understanding and interpreting Talent & OE data / insights (D&I)Designs and implements tools, measures, visualizations and frameworks that optimize the adoption of a data driven HR culture and insight driven decision making within BATCAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? Are you an analytical person passionate by innovation?Do you have a strong knowledge of the business, understanding the digital?Do you enjoy working a cross functional environment?ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEUniversity Degree, preferably a Technical Education background2 or 3 years working experiences in similar field or reporting roleAttention to details and ability to produce accurate workSignificant work on cross functional projectsAdaptable to learn new process, concepts and skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI or any other BI tool equivalentAbility to work well under pressureAbility to translate big amounts of data into insights and business valueGood organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentVery good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organisation and within multiple functionsBENEFICIAL Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, SAP Talent and a master data quality management process is an advantageGood knowledge of DAX and Power QueryAlteryx Designer or Dataiku experienceSQL and/or Python coding abilityGood knowledge and experience with HR Zucchetti Analytics and Budget Modules WE ARE BATAt BAT, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
