In this role, you will lead the planning, building, operating and continuous improvement of Marketing & Sales and Service capabilities of the Robotics business, in alignment with overall ABB IS strategy, systems and standards. Reporting to the Head of Applications and ERP, you will provide leadership, vision and direction and IS services to the Marketing & Sales and Service organization, continuously contributing to the RA Business strategy.

The preferred locations for this role are Italy, India or Poland.Your responsibilitiesProviding leadership, vision and direction to the RA Marketing & Sales and Service organizations to ensure continuous contribution to the RA Business and IS strategy and goalsDevelop and maintain IT strategy and roadmap for the RA Marketing & Sales and Service organizationsBuilding, operating and continuously improving the applications and integrations capabilities of RA in line with business priorities and within the budgetProviding thought leadership and expertise in designing and recommending approaches and methodologies in addressing key issues within the businessDriving standardization and accuracy on how global master data is collected, processed, stored and deleted to improve availability and quality and to ensure complianceLeading the RA IS Marketing & Sales and Service organizations, overseeing budgeting, performance management, and ensuring the internal/external delivery teams and providers are kept accountable for optimizing the cost, risk and value of the services throughout their life cycle. Developing productive relationships and facilitating effective collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of desired business outcomesYour backgroundMaster’s degree in a related field, with over 10 years of experience in IT, in developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining master data and developing analytics solutionsA senior leader with more than 7 years of global management experience, leading geographically and culturally diverse teamsProven performance as an IT leader in a complex, global organization with internal and external interfaces, and demonstrated specialization in the implementation of various processes and toolsTechnical experience and functional experience with CRM, CPQ, order systems, Field Service Management capabilities in a global environment Experience with Salesforce.com or one of the leading CPQ suites is a plusProven business acumen and ability to partner with a range of business leaders and stakeholdersExceptional communication, negotiation, active listening and influencing skillsMore about usABB Robotics & Discrete Automation is a pioneer in robotics, machine automation and digital services, providing innovative solutions for a diverse range of industries, from automotive to electronics to logistics.
