CSL Vifor is actively looking for a Senior Brand Manager for its nephrology portfolio, including a product launch. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Italy and is based in Rome (hybrid work). Your accountabilities and tasks will be the following, but not limited to: Accountabilities
  • Understand the market landscapes, the competitive scenario and the value needs of patients, caregivers, physicians, and ;
  • Ensure local commercialization strategies are linked to global strategy; this will require communication and influence with global teams and GBU leaders to ensure that local cross-functional resources are in place in time and at the proper level to support to achieve the ;
  • Engage of Thought leaders in collaboration with Medical to localize the Global strategy across all relevant ;
  • Plan, develop and deliver robust launch readiness assessments, and at the same time, ensures a strong launch readiness ;
  • Lifecycle strategy ;
Tasks
  • Lead and integrate market research into strategic and operational ;
  • Support the development of strategic and operational local plans and budgets for already in market products/new ;
  • Manage the delivery of marketing programmes and initiatives, as per strategic and operational local plans, creating an impactful and seamless customer experience based on customers’ contact ;
  • Track and act upon performance metrics to increase marketing ;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and with the global brand team
  • Creates sustainable, long-term relationships with thought leaders and professional ;
  • Work effectively with field-based staff (incl. KAMs), training them on strategy, materials, and other product-related capabilities, as well as providing support for local programs and ;
  • Ensure key performance metrics are in place, tracking and reporting KPIs to enable ;
  • Manage external vendors / agencies and lead day-to-day operational ;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and liaise with global / region to enrich the brand strategy and tactics and share standard methodologies and market best ;
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the ; Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant ;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the life sciences ;
  • Strong track record of strategic and operation planning for Hospital lead ;
  • Understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth ;
  • Knowledge of the local legal and regulatory ;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with key customers, such as KOLs and developing opinion leader ;
  • Professional level in English, both in oral and in written ;
  • Ability to travel at least 40%.
Preferred Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years industry of experience in marketing ;
  • Documented success in working with customer facing teams and medical ;
