Robinson is seeking a Global Forwarding Agent to join our Global Forwarding division, Milan.In this key position you will responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle for your assigned accounts.
You will be responsible to ensure customer requirements are met and answered accurately and timely.
You will be accountable for executing and overseeing tasks for each shipment in addition to daily communication, reporting, and email management.
You will assume ownership of your accounts' success.
