Nell'ottica di sviluppo del nostro team Vendite, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Junior Account da inserire nella Business Unit Salesforce.
La figura che stiamo cercando, a riporto del Sales Manager, lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team interno costituito da Senior Business Manager nonché da sviluppatori e analisti tecnici e applicativo-funzionali.
Il ruolo prevede la gestione dei lead e dai contatti generati dal traffico sul nostro sito, la gestione della relazione col cliente, dal primo contatto telefonico fino alla chiusura del progetto, attraverso le fasi di definizione delle esigenze e business proposal.
Il profilo ideale ha maturato un'esperienza di 2/3 anni come Account o Pre-sales in aziende di medie dimensioni del settore IT, non necessariamente in ambito Salesforce o, per estensione, su prodotti di CRM.
Disponibilità: immediata

professionalità nel rapportarsi con la clientela;conoscenza dei processi di vendita di progetti IT chiavi in mano;capacità di sintesi e qualifica del cliente;Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali, proattività, dinamismo e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
