Job Description Il Sales Manager avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
gestire il mercato domestico ed internazionale attraverso il contatto diretto con dealers specializzati, clienti finali ed OEM;sviluppare nuovo business in piena autonomia;gestire le commesse in piena sinergia con l'ufficio tecnico e con la produzione;garantire la massima disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio;raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità assegnati. Competenze ed esperienza Il Sales Manager dovrà avere le seguenti caratteristiche:
aver maturato un'esperienza commerciale in contesto affine (automotive/trucks), preferibilmente da contesti multinazionali;conoscenza delle dinamiche di vendita tramite dealers e su grossi clienti finali internazionali;forte attitudine allo sviluppo business;ampia disponibilità a trasferte;inglese fluente;grande dinamismo e senso di responsabilità completano il profilo.
