What You Will Do in This RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will:
Be the voice of our company, the direct link to our customersTake care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceWork on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to increase the happiness of our merchantsCollaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and MarketingBe part of an international and multilingual teamYour QualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent in verbal and written Italian (C1)Have an advanced level of English (B2)Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-orientedHave a high level of empathy; providing excellent customer-friendly service is your top priorityCan manage escalation processes and resolve complex issuesHave prior experience in customer supportAre familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and can work with many tools at onceHave a problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issuesAre well-organized and able to stay calm under pressureAre proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computersIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
