Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team operativi ed esecutivi per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi di crescita.
Le tue principali responsabilità comprenderanno:Sviluppo strategico:Sviluppare ed eseguire strategie di vendita e di marketing complete, in linea con gli obiettivi generali dell'azienda.Identificare e capitalizzare le tendenze e le opportunità del mercato per migliorare la nostra posizione competitiva.Team Management:Guidare e sviluppare un team Sales ad alte prestazioni, promuovendo una cultura di collaborazione e responsabilità.Stabilire obiettivi di performance chiari e condurre revisioni periodiche delle prestazioni.Collaborare al reclutamento secondo le strategie di crescita aziendale.Market Analysis:Condurre ricerche e analisi di mercato approfondite per identificare, strategicamente, le nuove opportunità di crescita.Monitorare le attività dei competitor e gli sviluppi del settore per garantire che le nostre offerte rimangano pertinenti e competitive.Marketing & Lead Generation:Progettare e implementare campagne di marketing mirate alla generazione di lead per supportare gli sforzi di vendita.Coordinare i team per una perfetta integrazione delle strategie di marketing e delle iniziative di vendita.Utilizzare strumenti di marketing digitale e analisi dei dati per ottimizzare i processi di lead generation e migliorare i tassi di conversione.Relazioni con i Clienti:Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i Clienti chiave e i Partner strategici per favorire la crescita e la fidelizzazione delle vendite.Rappresentare l'azienda agli eventi e alle conferenze del settore per migliorare la visibilità e stabilire connessioni.Monitoraggio delle prestazioni:Implementare i KPI per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative di vendita e marketing.Riferire regolarmente le metriche di performance al team esecutivo, fornendo approfondimenti e raccomandazioni per un continuo miglioramento.Budgeting and Forecasting:Gestire il budget delle vendite e del marketing, assicurando l'allocazione ottimale delle risorse per massimizzare il ROI.Preparare previsioni di vendita accurate e monitorare le spese rispetto agli obiettivi di bilancio.Sei:Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite e nel marketing, con una comprovata esperienza nel settore della Consulenza.Forti doti di leadership con esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di team.Eccellenti capacità analitiche con l'abilità di prendere decisioni basate sui dati.Conoscenza degli strumenti di marketing digitale e del CRM.Eccezionali capacità comunicative e interpersonali.Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus.La nostra offerta:Welfare aziendaleUn ambiente giovane e dinamico con una dimensione internazionaleUna politica di sviluppo del tuo potenziale attraverso le nostre Ayming Academy e Ayming Digital AcademySmart working, 3 giorni a settimanaUn ambiente che rispetta l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privataEntrerai a far parte di un'azienda in rapida crescita e beneficerai delle dinamiche che ne derivanoUn onboarding caloroso e professionale.#J-18808-Ljbffr
