Agenzia Creativa Head of Sales Azienda Per Agenzia Creativa indipendente di Milano, specializzata in progetti di branding, content creation e digital design per importanti brand (focus settore moda), siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Sales Offerta Esperienza: Impostare e definire l'approccio più corretto alle attività di new business dell'Agenzia, con lo sviluppo di nuovi contatti per presentare i lavori e i servizi offerti dall'Agenzia a possibili Aziende-Clienti, con una ricerca il più selezionata e qualificata possibile Trovare e gestire la partecipazioni a gare creative del nostro settore e seguire il team dell'Agenzia nel garantire la corretta e completa partecipazione, rispettando e valutando fin da subito i requisiti di ammissibilità alla Gara stessa, la correttezza dei dati inseriti, la completezza e coerenza della proposta, sia dal punto di vista dell'organizzazione del team che delle presentazioni creative Gestire tutte le fasi del "ciclo di vendita" tra Agenzia e Cliente: dalla generazione di proposte economiche per i servizi offerti, alla redazione di contratti, fino al perfezionamento e alla chiusura degli ordini di vendita Competenze ed esperienza Requisiti: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili all' interno di Agenzia Creative Capacità di creare, sviluppare e gestire un network di potenziali clienti/prospect Esperienza nella gestione di Gare creative, in tutte le sue fasi Ottime capacità di comunicazione, interna ed esterna all' Agenzia, e di negoziazione Esperienza consolidata nella proposizione di progetti e proposte creative a brand e aziende di rilievo Ottima conoscenza della lingue inglese Completa l'offerta L'opportunità prevede un inserimento a tempo indeterminato ed una retribuzione composta da fisso variabile J-18808-Ljbffr
