Role Overview: Pramac is seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join the Service Team in Italy. The successful candidate will assist the Senior Customer Support Manager with the following responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, service centers, and repair staff.Manage requests for spare parts quotations.Update defect databases.Act as front office for customers in Italy.Manage spare parts orders in terms of identifying and controlling critical codes.Handle requests for spare parts from Italian and foreign customers.Manage returns of materials and machines for repairs or replacements.Input defect notifications into the relevant database.Handle phone requests from Italian customers for technical assistance.Provide technical support to repair staff.Technical Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of Office SuiteGood mechanical knowledgeGood electrical knowledgeGood knowledge of Oracle (related applications)Good knowledge of EnglishExcellent product knowledgePersonal Skills Required: Good communication and relational skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesGood organizational skillsAbility to work in a teamGood self-control and stress managementEducation Required: High school diploma (Mechanical or Electrotechnical Technician)
