This compensation package includes a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.Job DescriptionAs the EMEA Sales Manager for the Product Inspection product line within the Production Process and Analytics (PPA) business unit, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and profitability in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Your primary responsibilities include:Leading the sales team to meet or exceed regional order-booking and revenue targets.Defining strategies and implementing an annual regional business plan to enhance team performance.Resolving problem customer accounts using regional resources, including local service support and product support.Applying the CRM system to effectively handle, evaluate, segment, and report on the business pipeline and activities.Providing up-to-date and accurate forecasts.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A technical/scientist background with broad equipment experience, preferably in the food, converting, and/or packaging industry.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment.Logical thought process and consistent track record to understand workplace culture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise.Travel and Location RequirementsYou will be required to travel frequently within assigned territories and to headquarters, up to 50% of the time. A valid driving license is essential.
