Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs EMEA Sales Manager for the Product Inspection product line within the Production Process and Analytics business unit, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and profitability in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the sales team to meet or exceed regional order-booking and revenue targets
- Defining strategies and implementing an annual regional business plan to enhance team performance
- Resolving problem customer accounts using regional resources, including local service support and product support
- Applying the CRM system to effectively handle, evaluate, segment, and report on the business pipeline and activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A technical/scientist background with broad equipment experience, preferably in the food, converting, and/or packaging industry
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment
- Logical thought process and consistent track record to understand workplace culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise
You will be required to travel frequently within assigned territories and to headquarters, up to 50% of the time. A valid driving license is essential.
